How does billing work?+
You're billed at the start of each cycle. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. 6- and 12-month plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate and are non-refundable after activation, but you can downgrade at renewal.
When are operations available?+
Operations modules (catalog management, inventory, settlements, etc.) are currently in development and will be available soon. You'll be notified when they launch — no additional signup needed.
Why are Flipkart and Shopsy sold together?+
Flipkart and Shopsy share the same seller backend and advertising system. Managing them together gives you unified campaign control and consolidated reporting at no extra cost.
What's the difference between e-commerce and quick commerce?+
E-commerce platforms (Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Meesho) handle traditional online retail with standard delivery. Quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto) focus on rapid 10-30 minute delivery for groceries and essentials.
Which platforms are supported?+
We currently support advertising on Flipkart + Shopsy, Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto. Operations support is coming for all platforms.
