Transparent policies for subscriptions, refunds, and cancellations

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all subscription plans and services offered by BPECOM Consulting Private Limited ("BlooprintAI," "we," "us," or "our") through our website blooprintai.in. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
1 Subscription Plans
BlooprintAI offers subscription-based access to our advertising analytics and management platform. Subscriptions are available in the following billing cycles:
Monthly: Billed every month from the date of subscription
6-Month: Billed once for a 6-month period at a discounted rate
12-Month (Annual): Billed once for a 12-month period at the best available rate
All plans include a 14-day free trial for first-time subscribers. No payment is charged during the trial period.
2 Free Trial
New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial on their first subscription
No payment information is required to start the free trial
You may cancel the trial at any time before it ends without any charge
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan based on the plan you selected
Only one free trial per user/organization is permitted
3 Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST at 18%)
Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway partner (Cashfree Payments)
Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking
Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your account until payment is resolved
4 Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
Clicking the Cancel Subscription button on your Subscription tab inside the dashboard
Emailing us at support@blooprint.in with your registered email and account details
Contacting us at +91 79750 19616 during business hours (Mon-Fri, 10 AM - 6 PM IST)
4.2 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
You will continue to have full access to all features until the billing period expires
No further charges will be made after cancellation
After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to a free/limited access tier
Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted
5 Refund Policy
5.1 No-Refund Policy
All paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Since we offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features, users have sufficient time to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have evaluated the service during the trial period.

5.3 How to Request a Refund

5.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction
Bank processing times may vary; please allow up to 2 additional billing cycles for the refund to reflect in your statement
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
6 Plan Changes
6.1 Upgrading
You may upgrade your plan at any time
Upon upgrading, you will be charged the pro-rata difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle
New features will be available immediately upon upgrade
6.2 Downgrading
You may downgrade your plan at any time
The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
No refunds or credits are issued for the difference in plan pricing during the current billing period
7 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time
Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes
Price changes will apply from your next billing cycle after the notification period
If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle
8 Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party platform failures. No refunds will be issued for interruptions caused by force majeure events.
